Hmmm, Well there was a movie about Inuyasha childhood, so I think u should give it a shot

Movies are not really important thou, they are in a different universe form the actual anime and manga, so it doesn't matter what happens in the movies it won't affect the anyme in any kida way, the purpose of the movie is to bring cash to the Company that is in charge of making the anime of inuyasha
