Well that person woul have killed him(or the elf) if he didnt make a move,the system would anyways command to kill him if his attack fails...and he needs him to survive in that place too.

He purposedly woke the guy up without explaining anything, knowing he misunderstood the situation, to get him to attack so he can excuse killing him. It's premeditated murder, he planned it to happen from the beginning. It would still be murder if he killed the guy regardless of the system's command but I would've preferred if jinwoo did it because the system forced him to, instead we see that he planned it out from the time he threw the sword to wake the other up. That saddens me because he had the initiative to do it himself. I'll still read the webtoon, just stating how his decision right now saddens me.

This is Jinwoo's first time intentionally killing a person without the system commanding him. That makes me sad :'(
