Idk if he was actually not dead or came back as a fast reincarnation but I do know that by that blush in the end he came back and recognized his love

What I think that he wasn’t actually dead but was on life support in that hospital. He had no attachments maybe that’s why he gave up his wish to live and was not recovering. But he wanted somethings from his life; something he never had or he desired but he was unaware of that wish and thought that he is unable to pass on. Then he fell for him and had a wish to live so that he can meet his loved one and carry on his life with him. This is my theory though but it seems legit(๑•ㅂ•)و✧Hehehe ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I know right. Based on the flashbacks, it seems legit that he was just in coma for years.
