What’s the chapter that Seungtaek was talking about himself in his childhood and his parents set out stuff on a table and he chose a specific item that showed that he would have a studious personality or something?
I'm not sure if they still do it now, but it's a very popular thing to do in Asian culture. supposably depending on what you pick (money, book, etc) is what you would be most successful as in the future or what kind of talent you would have. I hope this helps.. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Ah yeah I know, my parents were talking about how they did this to me when I was a child (which I was not aware of until the other day), and then I recalled that I read about it in a BL ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

They still do it ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ it's on the first birthday party. I chose a pen which means I'll be academic. Seungtaek chose a gavel which means he'll be involved with law and justice. It's like a fortune cookie for parents about their children.
