Nah, either YuYang will have a sassy comeback or LiHuan will say something. We already saw YuYang didn't care that if people knew he was gay when he stood up for himself at the outside night (?) college party at the beginning, and LiHuan is just a sweetheart so he'll stand up for someone. YuYang may be insecure and have low self-esteem, but he's proud of himself to everyone else...just not himself.
I just hope he will accept Lihuan soon
