I can't remember much but it was a manga where the two guys met each other in their teens, became a couple for sometime and then broke up in their 30's (I think). They got back together and grew old together until one died from an illness. I think they met because one guy used to play this game where he used to follow this road marking line to school and they became attracted to each other through that. I don't remember much more.
