I didn't really like the fact that he kept the glasses but he did say that the feelings he had for Yuki was a misunderstanding. It was only friendship love, the misunderstanding came from the fact that Yuki was the only one to be close to him since he was born, and he thought he liked him in THAT way.
I love how Haru accepts Yuki and Isaac's past and goes with it, instead of trying to erase it and be the only one for master out of jealousy (like 80% of yaois would). And writting about them in his manga is so cute. Master keeping Yukis glasses is a plus (ultra~).
