I don't know about their issue but for me, they keep banning me because I go onto the site with adblock enabled. Don't have time to disable it or anything, no warning. Just go to the site and you're immediately banned for a few days. It's easier to just find another site.

Maybe you could use a different type of browser,like Firefox,opera,explorer. I don't know if it'll help,kissanime still works fine for me.
Kissanime have changed it’s not like it was before, it’s harder to use and it’s kind of fucked up and i don’t know why but I cannot use my iPhone when watching anime etc
Oh yeah there is something wrong about the kissanime Server as well
