Is this complete?

2nd season it's just ended with chapter 62 (apart from 2 or 3 extras that are still missing), but it won't be complete yet because the author said she'll return next year with a 3rd season

Thank you, i wanted to read this when the webtoonis complete, i noticed the chapters are already too many and the number of chapter which where it stopped are usually where some webtoon usually ends, so i wondered if this manga has ended there and is only ongoing for extras.
