I think the Uke shouldn't be the only one to be blamed. It seems like he has a strong trauma, because of his past and the fact that he couldn't leave his abusive lover also happens in case of real humans. It is the fact that the abusive one makes it look like their partner is always at fault, and deserves to be abused. Of course in most cases it starts as a normal relationship where the abusive person is kind and everything. That makes it even harder for their partners to leave, because they'll think things like "It is my fault, because I can't do anything right, that person is not kind to me anymore."
I think the story shows that really well. But the main character should get mental treatment to realize that it was not his fault, that he was beaten up.
this is why we need an option to like replys.
