My personal favourite however if your only looking to loose a couple of pounds and not so much focusing on toning your body then I would cut it in half.
Umm… so I started my new years resolution early and I wanted to know if any of yall could give me a link to a fat burning workout I don't need one for abbs or to get curves or for toneing I just need some for loosing weight healthy and that have awsome results please and thank you
