uhhhhmmmmm this sounds like Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms. its an anime, however this one the boy didnt confess but he did have feelings for her.
I would like to ask. Does anyone of you knows a story lile this:
there is a witchgirl/vampire or (any kind that doesnt age) and she adopted/save/take care of a young boy. The young boy loves the woman who does not age and waits till he grows before he confessed....
