HELP FELLOW FUJOSHIS AND FUDANSHIS

I read this beautiful manga before where umm when the couple was having a break up/ quarrel, his lover (seme) slipped off the stairs and then seme had amnesia. He forgot about uke but uke still held onto him and he wore their couple rings as a necklace. Uke was working at a sweets shop where seme would go and seme would be drawn to him. I think he was the one who makes the sweets and he oten makes sweets for the seme (specifically strawberry shortcake I think is the fave of seme). Of course he don't remember that they were lovers huhuhu but somehow seme still fell in love with the uke huhuhu And I remember a scene where seme asked who was causing him such pain and who is the one uke's holding onto because he kept wearing that ring and he also said that he wishes that was him (but bishh u is the guy that he loves and that ring is yours!!) Hahahah and then in the end, they were together and I think seme remembers a little and uke baked him/ bought him strawberry shortcake I hope you guys remember too and I hope my explanation was clear hahah sorryy Thank you guys!!
