Shounen Help

Looking for a manga about a man who works with kids, and he's happy one time, and then talking about suicide or how his life sucks. It's quite funny. His friends are also in his line of work, and one of them wears a bunny suit and the other a bear suit. The kids don't like the one in the bear suit, and theres another friend who just thinks of riceballs. His sister also thinks of only riceballs as well, and the riceball male think girlfriend wants to get married but he's to dense to notice.
