Regarding the untranslated chapter: My Thoughts So Far: A Tedtalk lol

I'm not sure about whether J wants to be topped or not (don't think he cares) as people are suggesting, but I think it's all just word games/tests for Mako, like D implies.
He does offer to top Mako (i.e., the 'reward') and even gets like confused/amused when Mako was like 'embrace me' - which he thought meant let's have normal sex. And when Mako only wants to be hugged he low key like fails the test - but doesn't, because he's resistant to being manipulated? I think he enjoys that Mako is unexpected.
He does say earlier in a chapter 'want to see if you can bear demon children...I could even decapitate you and let you watch while your body is violated' - so I think it's a continuation of the reward so to speak. Like fulfilling Mako's sexual gratification...but also manipulating and pushing him to show dominance, but with the expectation Mako will later challenge it (and maybe succeed?...idk, we will see).
I think J wants and likes a challenge - perhaps he's bored, but he's obviously brought a number of humans over to the demon world, who have all failed to become this sort of adversary/plaything/lover he wants. including D - Who he implies he brought over too, but even though D is obviously a successful demon he says it's a pity he 'settling'. Which is interesting in itself - because D thinks he's stood the test of time - but perhaps through...obedience, which isn't what J desires (or not? Again..we will see).
As for the rape - it's literally one of the only mangas I'm going to go ahead and say it's genuinely ok (don't get me started on consent and yaoi lol). Like the premise of the manga is Mako being all sad he literally can't murder, eat and fuck dead bodies lol. I'm going to say the whole fuckedupness feeds into that idea of demon hedonism and Mako's sexual gratification (what helps/makes him fit in to the profile of being a demon?). This manga isn't needlessly gratuitously violent or vulgar - it just depicts demons in an interesting manner - I'm going to go out on a limb and say consent is abit iffy yes - but Mako quite literally signed over his life, so J can do what will, so to speak. Including hiring a pokemon demon to have sex with Mako's decapitated body while Mako's head comes in his lap lol.
