But this rule has to depend on the author, right ? I mean the author can make up a rule however she likes to apply for the alpha and omega bond. Has the author ever, like, made a hint that the bond would have a possibility of fading away ?

and after ch7's release, sensei actually confirmed on her twitter that bonds in kuruboku can be broken. tho it wasnt explained how. i hope that we can see how it works on shiratori and sumi.
