As you guys predicted, Hayami (uke) knew about who sakuma (seme) actually was. He also knew that sakuma was trying to trick him because of his past’s revenge so he just went with the flow of sakuma’s game while tricking him back. The so-called-mafia-glasses-guy actually was hayami’s friend and he was helping Hayami to test how far sakuma gonna do to trick him.
Later, both of them keep on being lovey dovey all the time where at one time, sakuma was actually became serious with Hayami. He thought that he doesn’t want to play the game anymore and wanted to be serious with Hayami by giving him necklace with his name on it for hayami’s birthday and would explain to him about who he actually was and his initial intention. Not knowing that sakuma planned that, Hayami decided to leave him on that day because he accidently saw sakuma at jewelry’s store with a woman, it reminds him of sakuma’s game (actually sakuma asked her to help him choosing the necklace tho). Hayami asked sakuma to come to his house to celebrate his birthday and asked him to wear something smart because he wanted to see his boyfriend looks good on that day.

It was a fucking sad scene where sakuma was waiting outside of hayami’s house with a bouquet of roses and gift, wearing something smart for hours. He was shivering because of the snow but he kept on waiting for Hayami there. He tried to contact him but no respond from Hayami. Hayami was actually at the bar celebrating his birthday with his friends. He tried to ignore his guilty feeling by telling himself “serve him right. This is what you deserve for playing game with me”. One of his friends left a bite mark on his neck after Hayami rejected his offer to sleep with him because his mind was somewhere else and he couldn’t stop thinking about sakuma, “did sakuma still waiting for me now? Did sakuma wore any thick coat to warm him up? Did he catched a cold? Should I go home now?” and later he drunk and falls asleep at the bar.

Hayami went back to his house just to find out sakuma was still there waiting for him. Sakuma was shivering like crazy and Hayami asked him questions and forced him to go inside to warm himself up but sakuma not answering any of the questions. After few while, sakuma asked hayami where he was last night, why he didn’t answer his call or text and more more questions until he saw a bite mark on Hayami’s neck “so you cheated on me? After all this time huh?”, Hayami hysterically pointed out the truth about himself and his past from his point of view. Hayami was like smirking there and saying “you are as stupid as forever. You think you are smart enough to play games with me? I knew it from the start but I keep the act up because it was fun, you gave me money, you benefit me, you are nothing but just someone who I can used for my own sake since past.”

Sakuma started to cry and said “then did you ever love me even for a moment?” Hayami looked straight to sakuma and replied “no. never. I hate you since I knew you from the first day. you are a trash, naïve and stupid. You always under my palm which the reason why I choose to bully you. I’m not interested to have you as my toy anymore so please get the hell out now.” Sakuma punched Hayami hard and left him while saying “why did I fall in love with someone like you twice? You broke me twice now. Happy birthday and as your wish, I pray we never gonna meet again.”. he left all of his things there after that.

Hayami took sakuma’s gift and flowers left there just to throw and kick them because he was angry with what happened and he later saw a letter stuck there from sakuma. Sakuma wrote many things like about his past, how he really thinks that Hayami was his warrior after he saved him from being bullied. He falls in love with Hayami because Hayami was nice even though he was rude and rough all the time during school. It broke his heart when Hayami suddenly turned violent towards him, betrayed his trust and gave him cigarette scar out of nowhere causing him couldn’t remember that he ever loved Hayami because of the trauma. He also wrote on how he wanted to trick Hayami but turned out he fall in love with him again and wanting him to be his one.

Hayami was crying and regretting everything he has done after he read that letter. Actually, Hayami was trying to protect sakuma from other bullies from past. He was like marking sakuma as his property with the cigarette scar but it traumatized sakuma after that. He tried to ask for sakuma forgiveness but sakuma ignored him whenever he tried to talk to him. Sakuma was literally closing his own self from Hayami and throw him away, like he didn’t see or knew Hayami at all, just like Hayami never existed in this world. That’s just how heartless sakuma can be after Hayami betrayed him.

Hayami realized how he also always loved sakuma even from the past and he was happy when he was able to see sakuma again but start to suspect something after sakuma acted so nice towards him although in the past, he was not. Now he has destroyed sakuma’s heart again. Sakuma went back to shutting his own self from Hayami. Hayami was like a ghost to sakuma because he acted like he didn’t even know Hayami was there when Hayami came to see him or hear Hayami saying anything to him. he didn’t even react to hayami’s cries or skin touch at all.

One day, Hayami and his friends kidnapped sakuma and he brought him to hayami’s house. Sakuma was tied up while Hayami was explaining everything to sakuma and keep on begging sakuma to now throw him away like before because he loves sakuma so much since the past. Both of them was crying, thinking about how foolish and selfish both of them were. If only they being honest from the beginning, nothing gonna hurt as much as this. Actually, the scenes were longer but I am too lazy to type anymore. They reconciled and happy together.
