I think most western readers would consider it shounen ai. It was about two high schoolers (maybe junior high/middle school?) that are dating. One is really loud and boisterous the other is really quite and stoic. Stoic ends up having to babysit his nephew (?) He keeps having to bring the baby to school with him. The baby is reeeaaallly smart beyond its years but, it still can't vocally talk yet. Boisterous and Stoic, along with their classmates (who, along with the teacher, know they are dating), keep cuasing disruptive scenes in the classroom. The baby and the teacher go drink tea while cherry blossom viewing together(?). One night Stoic and the baby have to go stay the night at Boisterou's house because some cats(?) are being too loud and are keeping them up. Boisterous has several brothers and are fine with them sleeping over, but then Stoic and Boisterous keep everyone up all night because of how loud they are while having sex.

Yeah, it's shounen ai. MAL just tagged it incorrectly because they think sex with guys automatically makes something a yaoi. If sex = explicit then that means there are a bunch of PG13 manga that need to be listed as hentai, lol. I'd change it myself but I recently had to do that with another manga on MAL. If someone else wants to, be my guest. But yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the manga to which you're referring.

The cutest couple I've ever seen is the couple from Sign. The uke gets embarrassed super easily, and doesn't really handle his crush on the seme very well. The seme comes off as cold and uncaring but he's really very sensitive. It's also one of the few bl series I've read where one of the main character has a disability. The seme is deaf, so when he offers to teach the uke sign language it brings them closer together.

OHMYGOSH that is it! I have been trying to remember this title for a couple years now because I had lost the paper that I had written it down on.

That is so true, and there are a bunch of PG-13 films with sex parts, but they usually have a different level of sexual content then films (that are rated during the same time period) rated R & X for sexual content. Except, you know, for films, like But I'm A Cheerleader (possibly also Saving Face) that are only given a higher rating because the sexual parts take place between two people of the same gender.
