I'm looking a manga that one day uke got hit by a car?(he meet an accident) and then when he got home, he saw a strange guy in his house. This strange guy is actually a spririt?(or a ghost)....uke has passion in music but because the earn living life and some reasons he gave up in what he love...at the end seme is disappear, those two can't live side by side but thanks to seme, uke has courage to pursue his dream.
