Well I mean it's highly understandable but they've been friends for so long that he's probably used to it - the closer you get to people the more likely you are to be rude/ joke around more without worries xD
I get that their relationship is meant to be buddy-buddy and Jungsoo has more serious problems than that (poor guy is a creep-magnet) but some of the things he says are beyond rude and he says them constantly, which can wear a person down. That's my only beef, but I'm still enjoying the story. Let's see how it all plays out! XD

That's one thing, but it's another when they're mean to you when you're actively under stress and/or they're insulting you about something you're already insecure about.
Yes, that's what I mean. I have no problem with friendly ribbing, but I think this goes beyond that.
Everyones different, some people may have relationships in which they can joke around with others by the use of rude names and such. And some friendships don't, revolving around nice comments and just positivity all together. And no just because someones your best friend, does not determine whether it's allright to be rude and make snarky remarks at eachother; it just depends on your relationship with the person in general and personality plays into that aswell.
I reeeeeally dislike Hyun. I don't know how poor Jungsoo could be friends with someone who disses and demeans him all the time. I don't care that he's "tsundere" or that he "really loves him deep inside but is hiding it". It's no excuse for psychological bullying. And as someone who is studying for a bar exam rn, hearing someone close to you tell you you're a pathetic excuse of a human being (or similar) day in and day out does nothing to improve your test results.
