Have to agree, would have been far more engaging if a shorter chapter length, with clearer well paced milestones. The theme though is very unique, and not just another "battle royale", but as you say, it has dragged on quite a bit.
First 100 chapter was really good but after that story just drugs on on back and fort without any improvement. I can't believe MC's dilemma took almost 80 chapter in story line. He is like one moment, to stop enemy from hurting my friends i am willing to do anything then next no i can't do this i am not worthy to take life. WTF. At first 30 or so chapters i was kind of empathise his feeling then after that it just became annoying. It is like half way through story author lost inspiration or got no more ideas and keep drugging it to prolong ending he/she didn't come up with yet.
