I read this manga a long time ago and I can’t remember the title. I think it was a yaoi or shounen ai. It was about this guy being an apprentice in a traditional restaurant. All I remember was that he was struggling to do well. He arranged the tableware neatly. Asked some drunk people to move to another location as they were disturbing the guests (turns out they were loud because it was a friend’s birthday). He also saw his teacher was struggling with some foreigner guests (explaining what the food contained etc.) so he decided to take charge....
