Web Comics does that. I don't know if Manga Rock updates you now, but the last time I used that app it did not, but it was updated already so there might be some new features
i wanna be notified on my phone when theres a new chapter of somethin but theres no app for mangago so i have to keep checking myself..it would be pretty useful (〜￣△￣)〜
