I really want to find this can someone help me out ToT

So ive been searching for this manhwa for an hour already and still cant find it. They are only side characters and that's what makes them hard for me to find. Help me please ~



So this guy brought a friend to a hospital where his lover is currently admitted. His lover suffers from leukemia(i think). This lover and the friend that the guy brought talk about something bc the friend was going through something in his relationship.

Then there was a scene where the guy and his lover(the guy with the leukemia) where walking then the guy said to his lover to change their old couple ring then the ill guy said that he might not need it anymore cuz he's dying and also told his lover that if he ever dies his lover has to find someone who can make happy and forget about him. They both hugged and the guy said that he'll give the ill guy a new ring in their next life.

P.S maybe i'm gonna spam this question until I find it?
