I agree, even without considering SH is a kid going out school, if any ex appeared unnotified outside your work/school/university/house and forced you to follow them despite your desire, that's a call of alert!

People please don't think the blond guy is in love, he is not. Don't forget he is sick, that's why he is interested in Seunghee to begin with.
I do believe he feels like shit, but you can also clearly see he is trying to manipulate Seunghee by making a scene.
Asides from that, I can't help but feel bad for him. He is just so pitiful :"c wish he could get treatment someday. However, his actions must be punished, and he deserves what is happening right now.
I must say, even if I feel bad for him (which I can't help since unfortunately I'm way too empathetic) I feel even worse for Seunghee :"c
He trusted this man, and he was literally the first person he wanted to share his time with, I'm sure he feels really bad now u.u but he will get through this, I hope the blond guy leaves him alone after this so Seunghee can be safe and happy.
So many people are always hating on Seunghee and seem to forget what he was going through. Please try to be a little more empathetic, try to understand him.
