Actually, number 2 is still in the process of being confirmed. Newest chapters show evidence that it might be a misunderstanding. I haven't read it, so I could be wrong, but it definitely looks like there's more going on.
What do you mean Mc is "Normal"? Usually, (Excluding Shounen) Mc's are generally normal people that get put into crazy situations. Usually, this happens so you can put yourself in their shoes and relate.

Sorry, im Not hating. Just wondering how long this will gonna be streched. Actuall there are three Main events :
1. Childhood friend is in love with MC
2. Blond guy is psycho
3. Teacher is blondies brother
Beggin it wont need 100 chapters to bring it up. I dont want to wait years.
