For those who want to know spoilers it’s a very sad ending :
So the uke will confront the seme about the cheating saying that he changed etc.... Seme will cut ties with all his flings but one of his ex met the uke and showed him the ring. The one the seme lost, it hurts the uke’s feelings because it means a lot for him so uke left the house and his own ring. Uke met doctor Ai on the train and he took care of him until the end. Seme was desperate to see his partner but he refused to see him because seme never turned his back to see the uke when he was leaving to work. Uke was always watching his back hoping that his lover will look at him but he never did . Seme didn’t believe his partner was sick but he has a friend doctor who confirmed the hillness. Seme regrets and even bear his partner’s ring. Doctor Ai waited a whole week and told him about the uke’s death. Seme was devastated and wrote letters, he even raised a dog because his lover wanted to raise one but he doesn’t like animals, he traveled a lot visiting all the places the uke wanted to see with him but he never allowed to do it.
