i think its following the novel but some parts on this manhua are changed, or they didn't include some details in the novel.

I know about the novel ExR translates..I wasn't sure about if its the edited version or an older version of the novel they use for the manhua (I haven't read the old one and don't know the differences)

I remember reading the translator's note that they're translating the edited version of the novel. I dont have the link but it's mentioned on their website.

Can confirm it is the edited version, it's been in the beginning of alot of chapters in the novel and also says so in Q&A sessions on their site as well.

think there isnt much difference between old novel and edited one because i think i read somewhere that the author just wanted to edit the language and stuff

Theres quite a few new chapters and it also has more extra smutty chapters and alot of things were moved around or omitted in the edited version
