I read this a while ago, but it's about a host club manager that was adopted by the host club's owner. Both hide their have feelings from each other until the manager gets close to a host (as friends and a confidant). The boss thinks that the manager wants to leave him so out of anger fires the host and manager. Later when the manager is packing his things, the boss rapes him.

Stuff happens but they eventually get back together.

It's a sequel to a rice seller picking up the host.
