I wish I had thought of this manga when my ex cheated on me and then tried the whole "I'm breaking with you because you're selfish and inattentive to my needs" thing. The most I was able to come up with was opening my front door and saying "ok. In that case, get out of my house."
I would have loved to see his face if I said something like "why do I need to be attentive to your needs? Were we going out?"
There was a boy in class who liked me but I didn't like him that much, just a tiny bit so I gave him a chance to court me. He didn't do anything much so I broke it off. Then a few weeks after that a close friend of mine told me that THAT boy told some of the people he knows which my close friends knows that HE TOLD THEM that we we're bf and gf. And I was hella confused and told my close friend that he just told me he liked me and I gave him permission to court me but like WTF he didn't do anything in that whole month of courtship, not even a date. Just plain old hi hello pass by.
And he even has the guts to tell others that we we're together.
In the end, karma slapped him very hard.
That just sounds like a plain ol' misunderstanding between the two of you.
Well after that he just plainfully harrased me, almost kissed me but it landed on my neck.

Oh wow, I forgot this comment ever existed. I guess I should give an update. Two years ago, a few months after he broke up with the girl he replaced me with, he tried to court me and to give "us" another try. And I did! it was the best decision I ever made. Still dating and our relationship is stronger than ever.
I'm just kidding, he didn't court me or say sorry, he just tried to drop hints like an amateur that he is. Like asking his or my friends to try to persuade me to forgive him, but never himself; also cringely sang broken hearted songs whenever I'm in the vacinity and during a school performance, he sang a broken-hearted song he composed and announced to everyone that it was dedicated to a mystery girl he hurt because he was stupid - I just left, humiliated. And many others which I call harassments rather than courtship and after 3 months or so, I guess he got tired of chasing after me, he started to down-right blame me, like, "girls are only playing with boys hearts, can't be trusted, etc.". And during those times I had to cut off my friends who were supporting him... Hard times but nothing too serious, I was not bullied because I'd never let myself be bullied. But guess what??? I became bff's with his ex-girlfriend, turns out she's a good person and she dumped him after she knew he cheated on me with her.. She's the fierce kind and one of the reasons the harassments stopped. We used to sang "guys my age" whenever he's near. We were so close that we even dated each other for a month but decided to just stay friends after since there was no sexual attraction but promised if we're still single by 40 we'll marry each other. Love her.

My boyfriend dumped me for another "better" girl. When he told me I answered, "We were going out?" with my best confused look; his reaction was priceless, I got the idea from this manga. He was so bothered that it didn't work out with the other girl.
