She is tough as nails as a doctor. That much is obvious. Kindness and compassion is not weaknesses, rather the opposite. She's considerate and wants the best for everyone - while still very capable and strong-willed. How you're seeing her as weak baffles me.
youre mistaking courtesy and the ability to be professional as weakness. you cant just fight and aggressively argue with people in a work place especially as a woman. shes picking her battles carefully.

Why can't there be a female MC with a strong personality. Why do they all have to be kind and considerate. Shouldn't she be toigh as nails if she's a doctor? Even today, there's still some bias against girls. So really why (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
