Why is everyone saying it's completed when the episode says tbc xdd

I know, right? The episode itself says tbc and this page says ongoing. So I have no idea what these people are talking about.

They could have stated that. Plus, they don't say what's wrong with it being completed in its country of origin so it's no wonder we're confused.
