This is why I don't like most children in stories. Jessie's so unreasonable, stubborn, prideful, rash, and kinda stupid. First, she treats her badly, then she fatally curses her, then runs away without apologizing or taking responsibility, and now she still rejects her even though Sunya is being kind enough to look for her and help her even after all the horrible things she/he (I'm not to sure) did.
