Lezhin don't do that, they keep the original characters names for every story.

They did changed names in fools tho..... I dropped it because of that....

Fools was published in comica. A different platform so that could explain why they changed their names but love or hate is published in lezhin. I think their names would have been changed too if love or hate was published in comica
