I think the main reason is that he thinks if he doesn't go out with someone who is gay, they might break up on the day he found a girl
I kinda thought that too but I also thought he was being a little insensitive to the other guy.. Sometimes that is okay but other times it can be a little too much..
True that. And for d life of me i can't understand all that 'he isn't gay' bullsh*t. Can't a gay person also cheat on him with another man. From what i know cheating happens regardless of sexuality. SCUMBAGS, I believe the word he is looking for is Scumbag. He just had poor taste in men (also happens alot).
I feel like his insecurities stem from the high chance of being "thrown away" for the sake of society's standards aka having a "normal" family and kid which will always be higher with straights/Bis most especially in Asian countries which are all about lineage and saving face
Yeah, exactly. There are many stories out there were the ex broke up because he was gonna get married to a woman, because they want a kid and a "normal" family. Of course, he could always cheat on him with a guy, but that could happen with anybody, but that would just mean that this person is a douche and not that "everyone who is gay" is at fault there.
His distrust is also awful. I mean it's horrible if someone you love says to you that your feelings aren't sincere and you are going to hurt them no matter what. I would be hurt if my crush thought about me that way.
It is but keep in mind that the uke has been hurt again and again by the same reason so many times (the seme was still a student then so they makes it what atleast 3 years worth?) so when he finally decides to stop falling inlove with "straight men", of course he's gonna doubt the seme. His resolve is being second guessed and the constant doubt of "is this gonna go the same thing again? I don't want to get hurt anymore..." will always be there, so yeah, it takes some time for his heart to heal and trust again from all that hurt
