They're born with extra chrosomes and body parts, but are assigned a more binary gender at birth. Many intersex end up not relating to their assigned binary gender, however, and opt for transitioning. It's a case by case thing as some intersex people feel like their assignment surgery was okay. But no, they can't just grow a d!ck. Fuckin impossible, plus who would ever wanna do that? This is someones weird ass fantasy or something. (However, don't quote me on all this info as this is based off of my experience in meeting several intersex people and getting their opinions on the matter of gender. So, this is most likely a somewhat biased opinion.)
Intersex people are BORN with the genitals they are no? They won’t start suddenly developing a penis at the age of sixteen so no this is not intersex inclusion iya just fantasy
