I blame everybody

I feel sorry for the tall hair guy (forgot his name) from my point of view it all started with Izumi not keeping her promise and Nao acting on impulse. When they were kids Izumi confessed to Eiji sure Eiji didn't take it serious bcuz they were kids, then she left they got older she shows back up & met Nao, now bcuz she's always talking abt Eiji this and Eiji that Nao got jealous of constantly hearing this cute girl talk abt his friend who seemed like he didn't care for her, so Nao confessed on impulse and she accepted his confession on impulse, after Eiji heard they were going out it shattered his heart not realizing that he liked Izumi. There r times when both Izumi and Eiji reminiscence abt the confession when they were kids, no matter how many years passed even though Izumi is with Nao I think she still carries feeling for Eiji, I think Nao knows that Eiji and Izumi both have feelings for each other plus his reaction just now after hearing they kissed proved my point. Fujimura is an annoying chick who is only looking out for herself and her needs not giving a rat's ass who gets hurt in the process, Ikezawa is a persistent and dense girl all I'm saying is I feel sorry for the tall hair guy he's the only one who is truly heartbroken

Taichi! Yeah, I agree with pretty much all of this.

I'm not sure, but it's definitely implied that Nao jumped in and confessed even while thinking that Izumi mainly thought of Eiji - and, perhaps suspecting that Eiji liked Izumi, but thinking he'd have a chance only at that point because Eiji would dither around and not confess, or that he could get in before Eiji realised his feelings and found the conviction to confess.

I could be sympathetic to Fujiwara, if she hadn't ended up being so focused on feeling like she deserved happiness that she doesn't care about breaking up a couple and can't even realise how much that'd hurt the guy she likes. It feels like she doesn't see things clearly.

I don't like how Eiji has ended up acting, but it feels like he'd endured for so long, then the sudden return of Izumi has basically left him in this heightened state of panic and fluster. He's just making decisions in thoughtless desperation in order to try to hold himself and everything together - which, clearly and disappointingly, has all finally unravelled.
