And what if the "ghost" is this black haired woman and she's Aoi? And the boy with cat in his arms is Sakae?

i was thinking that too. i thought that little boy might be sakae & old woman might be his mother(?) & cat is aoi

For now, I'm sure of two things: 1. that the boy is Sakae and 2. that on the photo is Aoi - as the black cat or as this woman... and we know for sure now that Aoi is a woman. Besides, there must be some connection between Aoi and Hanae, it can't be a simply coincidence that these two - Aoi and Hanae - are so similar (gatherig demons around them easily). I think that maybe Aoi is Hanae grandmother (maybe?)

I don't know if it is important but both Aoi and Hanae have black hair...
