Being serious here, if you feel that your point of view is getting distorted in real life maybe you should think about stopping reading manga for a while or try reading other genres.
But if your imagination is running wild and you can't help yourself maybe you can consider putting that energy into writing stories or drawing comics.
Changing to other genres would probably be the healthiest option, though.
