well they're probably just jealous of bina since she's the only beloved of the emperor so they used the situations to they're advantage to create problems for her. honestly... doing something like that will get them nowhere so just let it pass ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Why would they immediately assume it was Bina? They do realize this is a masquerade ball where people are wearing masks and wigs, right? I definitely saw a background character with a black wig before.
