I suppose he means what Kaido talked about in chapter924 when he sa Luffy using Haohaku no haki and said that even Kidd uses it and there are too may conquerors. So my guess is that the original comment here meant that Kidd an use Haoshaku no haki but not Law
Yes that's exactly what i meant! It's not fair that law can't use that special kaki even thou has been stated that he's a D. And if equal to luffy and kidd

so now even kid can use it but law cant???
