Plus I don't know if you've realised but in most manga like this you're meant to use your knowledge to get stronger in other words be smart and get some form of way to protect yourself.

The part about her body being that of a nine year old was obviously referring to the fact that she can't lift a sword no matter how old her mental age is. She was told that she can only learn sword techniques if she could lift a regular sized sword. Or did you just miss that part?
Just as you seem to have missed the fact that she said her mental age seems to be regressing to fit that of her physical age?
Or the fact that if she didn't act her physical age she might have been dead by now, given what Dranste said to her?
The fact that she acts like this shows that she is far more intelligent than those who think she should be oh so trusting towards her father, the cruelest person on this planet, when even the kindest and gentlest people on this planet, Seriya and Silvia, are both rather blasé about death, Seriya, specifically, since she would have let Ria be beheaded as an infant. (I say they think she should be oh so trusting because of what I said about Dranste, her physical age and being dead, earlier, btw.)
She gave up because 3 man aposse her. The reason for that was because her father didnt want her to end up like him so yeah cant really do much about it

I see where you are coming from. And yes that is true. I understand that she would act that way in the beginning (as in being extremely wary and conscious of every action she makes). However things have changed. And her father absolutely adores her, you can see this very clearly by analysing his particularly unique show of affection. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
And it IS a known fact in webtoon/manga such as these (or in real life honestly) that if you wish to learn sword fighting at a young age you can start of with using a simple stick or even a small sword solely made for kids.
But I guess wha the author is trying to do is to make her grow up to be a smart but delicate and fragile princess. It is done in order for her knights to have some sort of purpose. And nothings wrong with that, it's the authors' choice how the character develops.
And the other is the most knowing on what will make the manga enjoyable. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I hate how she easily gave up on learning how to wield a sword.
In the beginning I liked it cause she was different from other panicked reincarnated ppl.
But the fact that this is her 2nd life, I'm pretty shook at how easily she cries recently.
Hopefully she gets some sort of fighting skill soon. ^^
