Nope no rape at all Tomoharu and Aki have the healthiest relation ship in the yaoi world .Their are times when Aki gets to wants to have sex right after he wakes up and start to do it while Tomoharu is half asleep but then asks if it's ok that's the closest you get to rape with between them or the times Aki.Other than Aki's stalker trying to kiss him.Also the side couple of argue for the longest who will top and bottom before they have sex and no one really forges the other so this is one of my favorite manga titles
