Nao is persistently trying to shake Onodera, to make it doubt everything. And he's good at it because he knows him well. He's basically manipulating him, and that's simply nasty. He's an ugly person. Because he's not doing it thinking about Ritsu's future, or his wellbeing, he's doing it for selfish reasons (he wants Onodera to choose him). So his an awful friend too.

Honestly I feel sorry for them both. Ritsu is in love with Takano but he can't just be honest. And what Takano said "Why did we became like this?" was so sad.
I really wish they would talk and not having sex for once!! Ritsu is in love! He just needs to tell it once and for all to Takano.
Btw I really hate Nao. He's so annoying
