I work in hospital department that caters to gastrointestinal health, urology, andrology etc...
I feel its just as much of a taboo to say that anal penetration isn't all there is to sex between men.
At least in this community.
The ass wasn’t constructed for sexual penetration... of course being thrusted in the ass by a man is a major concern in same sex relationship. Even tho it’s a taboo topic. Some refuses to be bottom due to fear of having their ass being penetrated. Before you come at me with the bs... I work in a field that deals with these issues and I said what I said PeriodT.
