Female alphas have dicks so the Omega can get pregnant, but I think if it's alpha x alpha the female can get pregnant still. Read Sex Pistols and you'll see an example.
P.S: I know Sex Pistols is not omegaverse but there is a couple that have a child even though they are both women.
The omega! In omegaverse primary sex doesn't decide who gets pregnant. Once omega gets his heat the alpha will impregnate him by instinct most likely!

Females have a penis. Whether they are alpha, beta, or omega. There are some omegaverse manga that explain that in the beginning. Though I understand that the alpha will impregnate the omega. Though if you think about it a little harder. It's still sort of confusing because a female alpha has both parts.... so....idk. Somewhere in the future I hope they give us more manga that will have that type of scenario... I am curious now.
