so I've been desperately searching for this yaoi manga and it's very similar to the manga Aiyoku Heaven but it's where the uke gets tied up by the "pervert" who then gets a knock on the door and it's the seme offering a bottle of champagne I believe and he goes on to helping the uke in his tied up situation or whatever..
