Do they have a story of how they can make a child?
Sorry if I sounds pervert, but by story I mean the sex part of how they create the baby.
I am just pure curious :)

It was in chapter 5, and only had brief explanation that he had two mothers who had to separate due to class (Alpha lady, Beta servant who was the one who gave birth), most was about the reality of his childhood, and the struggles he and his (b) mother faced, resulting in her death.

* Just to add, that this is the only same-sex female couple I've seen in this genre. It would be better if authors could branch out to show a more realistic view of same-sex couples having children, be it through adoption or artificial insemination. As it seems even now authors are using this genre to just justify rape, as seen most prolifically in "Love is an illusion" and power imbalances, but throwing in "mpreg" and a resulting cute baby. Yes, Japan and South Korea do not legally allow same-sex couples to adopt or seek IVF, but neither do they allow marriage, and this has been worked into some manhwa and manga.

Yes, I get your point and I also agree with that.
But, the Idea of omegaverse theme is to create a world where genres/sexes wasn't really matter and anyone can bear a child. It's already a supernatural genre, so it is expected to see some weird/unusual things happened like man bear a child/gave birth.
It's just I always wonder why so many omegaverse manga only talk about male couples, not female couples.

I think I've read some stories before of gay couples in manga adopt the sister's babies and they have pretty normal life.

I wish to find more information, but I think it's really just not much out there.

I just about had a heart attack the first time I opened an omegaverse manga wondering if a foreigner had written a doujinshi, being so used to reading it in non-profit derivative fiction from western media. It's been fun comparing the world building between the western/eastern omegaverse.
