The first and more obvious is Taeyul's past as straight and previous desire for a family. Taeyul suddenly becoming Woo's dream lover would naturally feel unreal, and after having been seriously hurt by his former long term lover (who similarly was only gay for Woo), it will take time for him not to fear a repeat performance.
Second, I realized that it doesn't actually sound as if Woo has much real experience being in a relationship. Even with Yoon most of the time in the US they just lived together, it was unclear how much of that was actually spent as lovers, if any. Certainly not before Yoon became a mess over his mother's death, and I don't think during, and after they returned to Korea, to that lover when convenient relationship. So being in a real long term committed relationship may be new for Woo.
