I think the author is trying to justify why Alex is bing such a jerk, he or she doesnt wanna just make it seem like he's just an asshole for no reason. Him coming to terms with his past may help him with his problems in the present with DG. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

yeah I understand what you mean, and there already was a flashback before about the ex. So what I was saying is, that tiny flashback was good enough for me to explain why Alex acts like an asshole. I don't need to see it again with more detail this time. Like, they met up, ex seduced Alex, he taught him sex, Alex was super in love, and then after graduation ex drops him like GORL BYE, then he runs after the ex only to find him making out with another guy in a club, then they confront each other, then he finds out he's a replacement for the older brother, then Alex cries and they break up. That was the small flashback before right??

Obviously..the author will be getting back to that. What's the big deal about having 2-3 chapters developing backstory? People have always wanted to know more about Jiwon's family and his backstory and would have always questioned unless the author included it. Gosh..you seriously sound like a whiny child

Jiwon his backstory is very important for the story. If we don’t know what happened in the past and what made him like this it would be a huge empty story line. It’s in order to understand more about Jiwon. Otherwise we wouldn’t know shit about him. Just summarizing his past ain’t enough. That’s why mingwa is taking it this far for us to see what actually happened with jiwon. You might not care but a lot of us do. This is mingwa’s work so just deal with it

Yes it’s a discussion. Again literally nobody here attacked you, I disagree and basically have an argument to strengthen why I disagree. Learn the actual difference between a discussion and a attack before lecturing me. If you think about it, mingwa is also doing this because she WANTS to explain her own character Jiwon. She has always showed jiwon as a mean person and she, as author wants her readers to understand why and what happened with jiwon in the past. I never called you a whiny kid, someone else did that.
